Everyone loves homemade bread. I had not made bread from scratch for a long time but when Covid hit in 2020 it seemed all the stores were out of toilet paper and bread. So, I started making bread again.

This is the easiest bread I ever made. I cannot take credit for it. It’s from King Arthurs Flour and it’s amazing.

This recipe proves that cooking is science, and it makes for a fun afternoon with grandkids.
